About the Family & Belonging Foundation & Eligibility

Family & Belonging, defined as “caring for those around you,” is one of Melting Pot’s guiding principles. In 2007, the Family & Belonging Foundation was established to help Melting Pot team members in times of hardship and adversity. It also provides financial assistance to select team members furthering their education through General Studies Scholarship and a Food Service Scholarship.

The Melting Pot Family & Belonging Foundation is administered by the Family & Belonging Committee. The Committee is comprised of the Strategic Partnership Committee with administrative support from the Foundation Treasurer, Scott Pierce, CFO of Front Burner Brands.
