Prior to completing this nomination form, please ensure that you have carefully reviewed the criteria and information in the email you received from AMBA or you can review it here.
Your wholehearted commitment is critical. Being on the board will take time, effort and require patience and diplomacy. But if you have a positive attitude, are prepared to build relationships with other members and industry partners, and are eager to contribute to the advancement of your industry and association, we promise your involvement will be rewarding.

Nominations
Nominations close on 11:59 p.m. Thursday, October 31, 2019
Nominees must fill out the below form to be considered
Nominee applications will be reviewed by the Executive to ensure eligibility of candidates and compliance with AMBA bylaws. All nominees will be informed of the status of their nomination following review
Nominees will be given the opportunity to provide AMBA with a written and/or video campaign message to be sent out to the AMBA membership via email by AMBA prior to voting
Once the application form has been submitted, nominees must submit a bio and headshot to admin@amba.ca
Election
Voting begins on November 7, 2019 and closes November 22, 2019.
Successful candidates will be contacted on November 25, 2019.
Successful candidates will be announced to the membership on November 27, 2019.
The new Board of Directors will be sworn in at the AGM on December 3, 2019.
