* 9. We understand many university representatives are likely to be attending the NAGCAS Conference in Adelaide prior to the Forum. In this instance we will reimburse your flight costs to and from Adelaide to incorporate both the NAGCAS Conference and Forum.

So that we can plan accordingly, please indicate your intended travel plans to the Forum.

* 10. The AAGE will organise and pay for a block booking of hotel rooms for all interstate and regional university delegates attending the Forum.

The accommodation provided will cover the night of Wednesday 1st December. The Forum itself takes place during the day on Thursday 2nd December.
