An Annual Progress Report must be submitted for all active non-HREC projects.
A Final Report must be submitted for all completed/abandoned non-HREC projects.
The Principal Investigator, or their delegate, is responsible for ensuring this report is submitted.
An annual progress report is due each year on the anniversary of the non-HREC approval date.
Please note:
Ongoing project approval is conditional on the timely submission of the Annual Progress Report.
