Purpose of Survey

This survey is designed to help Jesse’s get a sense of how many will Rotarians will be attending and help the Board determine whether it should continue to offer a Zoom option in addition to the in-person meetings. We ask that you complete the survey before May 21 to help us plan for our June meetings and those in the future.

As you realize, starting June 2 the Hanover Rotary Club will return to in-person meetings using the “pre-pandemic format”. We will open the dining area at 11:45, sound the welcoming bell at 12 noon, begin announcements at roughly 12:30, introduce the guest speaker at 12:40, and conclude at 1:15 PM. The $18 lunch will include three meal options (fish, red meat, vegetarian) and the soup, salad, dessert, and drink bar will be available.

The Board is seeking your input on whether we should continue offering a Zoom option for our meetings. Should such an option be offered, it would begin at 12:30 when announcements start, include the guest speaker’s talk and provide a means for remote attendees to pose questions. Before we invest time, energy and funds in providing such a service we want to determine the breadth of interest among club members. To help us determine the best way forward, AND, as noted above, to help us get a June head count for Jesse’s, we ask that you complete the survey below:
