Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA210 Small-scale Partnerships in the Field of Youth Programme, the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce is selecting participants for the international training activity to be hosted by our project partner, the Municipality of Muro de Alcoy (Spain), under the project entitled “Re-creating the Principles of Employability through AI.”

The project aims to strengthen the capacities of youth workers in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital competences and innovative educational methodologies; to develop new tools and methodologies that enhance the employability of young people; and to reinforce international cooperation in this field. Through the development of training modules, a Toolbox, a White Paper, and other open-access resources, the project seeks to promote the effective integration of artificial intelligence into youth work.

In this context, candidates who wish to participate in the international training activity to be held in Alicante, Spain, from 4th to 10th October 2026 are expected to meet the following eligibility criteria.
Participant Profile

Institutional Representation: Should officially represent an active NGO, youth organization, or institution, as indicated in the application form.

Professional Experience: Should be either a youth worker or an AI expert. Youth workers are expected to have a background in youth work and practice working with specific target groups and digital youth works or AI.

Interest & Digital Literacy: Should have an interest in digital tools or AI applications. While prior expert knowledge of AI is not mandatory for youth workers, a strong interest and motivation to learn are essential.

Language: Must have a sufficient level of English to actively engage in collaborative tasks, such as policy discussions, white paper drafting and peer reviews.

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older, considering the responsibilities of international mobility (Spain) and institutional representation.

Passport & Visa: Must hold a valid passport and, where applicable, a valid Schengen visa covering the entire duration of the mobility activity.

Participation Criteria

Full Commitment: Participants are expected to commit to all phases of the project.

This includes:

- Participating all online preparatory sessions in September and early October (September 3, 10, 17, 24, and October 1).

- Full participation in the 5-day in-person training programme in Alicante, Spain, scheduled for October 4–10, 2026.

- Participating the online evaluation and follow-up meeting in the first week of November 2026.
Application

Applicants who wish to participate are required to complete the application form below in full.

Applications will be assessed in line with the participant profile and eligibility criteria specified in this call. Only shortlisted candidates who meet the required criteria will be contacted.

In addition, selected participants are expected to:

- Contribute to the dissemination of the project results through their institutions and professional networks;

- Prepare a Local Implementation Plan following the training, outlining how the knowledge and AI-based tools acquired during the mobility will be implemented within their organisations or local communities;

- Take an active role in pilot activities developed within small working groups and apply AI-based approaches by integrating them with non-formal education methodologies.

Furthermore, for the in- person training programme to be held in Alicante, Spain, from 4th to 10th of October 2026, participants will initially be responsible for covering their travel expenses. These costs will be reimbursed upon the successful completion of the mobility activity, in accordance with the project's financial and administrative procedures.
