Roanoke County is conducting a Broadband Availability Study to explore ways to improve and expand high-speed Internet service across the County.
One goal of the study is to identify areas of the County that are underserved, or not served at all, by high-speed Internet services essential for e-commerce, streaming services, educational needs, and next-generation public safety services.

Another part of the Broadband Availability Study will be to measure citizen demand for high-speed Internet services in these unserved or under-served parts of the County.

Your responses to this High-Speed Internet Survey are needed to help identify parts of Roanoke County where high-speed Internet services are not currently available. We are asking that only one survey be returned per household.

This survey will remain open until February 28, 2020.
