The Utilities Telecom Council (www.utc.org) is conducting a survey regarding the communications services that utilities provide to their communities or to homes and business in their service areas. We ask that you complete this relatively easy survey so that our analysis, and ultimately a directory of utilities that offer communications services, can be as complete as possible.
