ECE Equity Leadership Academy Application

The ECE Equity Leadership Academy is an executive-level program for San Francisco-based Center Directors, Administrators, and Family Child Care (FCC) Owner/Directors aimed at increasing knowledge, skills, and understanding of leadership grounded in racial equity, social justice, and values identification. We seek ECE leaders equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to build an equitable ECE system for all children. Participants will receive individualized coaching, leadership training, and incentives.
Participants will be required to attend monthly hour-long meetings. Please apply by May 3rd for priority consideration.
