Any President or Chancellor OR an active Trustee of a Member Community College Board and it's chief executive office (President or Chancellor) OR a staff or faculty member (or group of staff or faculty members) are eligible to receive this award. If a staff or faculty member is selected as the winner, nominations will not be submitted to ACCT as they do not meet the criteria. Other selected winners that meet the criteria for this award are forwarded to the ACCT Regional Awards.

This award will be presented during the IACCT Annual Conference in July 2022.
