Introduction and Summary

This is a survey to help gauge community interest and improve your local radio station experience.

The first section will cover current listening habits, while the second will be about what you would like to hear more.

At the end, please add any suggestions we may have missed for programming that you want to hear. We will also collect contact information at the end of the Survey. Please fill it out to be entered into a giveaway for an AC Store meat box.
