About the survey
In this survey, we would like to learn about your experiences and expectations around PROMs and their use in clinical practice when treating HNC patients.
The survey consists of 2 sections, general and specific for HNC disease, and will take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
In the scope of this survey, EORTC will process the data as data controller in its legitimate interest for the purpose that was presented to you in the introduction.
