What is Cool Beans?

Cool Beans Underwear is Australian made and has been scientifically designed to be supportive and allow air flow to assist in regulating testicular temperatures to optimise sperm health. Traditional underwear affects male fertility by forcing the testes to absorb core body temperature and when seated is insulated by the thighs.

For optimal sperm production, the testes are required to be 3°C cooler. A 1°C increase in temperature can decrease fertility by up to 10%. 

Changing to loose fitting boxers can keep the testes cooler than brief underwear, though, there are two main issues:

1.    When seated the testes are still insulated by the thighs

2.    For people who have always worn fitted underwear, the muscles within the testes are no longer strong enough to support the weight of the testes every day which can result in varicoceles.

Cool Beans feature an exterior pouch to assist in temperature regulation and prevent absorption of core body temperature.
