Welcome to the Benton County American Rescue Plan Proposal Submission Form.

Please use this form to submit funding proposals or options for the County to consider as we develop the initial expenditure plan for our American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds.

Submitted proposals will be reviewed by County staff and evaluated against eligibility criteria provided by the U.S. Treasury and the ARP Guiding Principles approved by the Benton County American Rescue Plan Committee.
