About the Family & Belonging Foundation & Eligibility

Family & Belonging, defined as “caring for those around you,” is one of Melting Pot’s guiding principles. In 2007, the Family & Belonging Foundation was established to help Melting Pot team members in times of hardship and adversity. The Melting Pot Family & Belonging Foundation is administered by the Family & Belonging Committee. The Committee is comprised of the Strategic Partnership Committee with administrative support from the Foundation Treasurer, Scott Pierce, CFO of The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc.
