Passage Home Board of Directors - Community Representative Nomination Form

The Passage Home, Inc. Board of Directors is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on their Community Action Agency Board to represent the interests of low-income residents in Wake County.

Passage Home's mission is the break the cycle of poverty and create multi-generational self-sufficiency for the individuals and families of Wake County by helping them achieve housing and income security. As Wake County's Community Action Agency, Passage Home has a tri-partite board structure comprised of individuals from the public and private sectors and representatives of the communities we serve. All permanent Wake County residents who are interested in representing the interests and needs of low-income families may nominate themselves as a candidate.

Candidates must be selected through a democratic process. After the nomination deadline, applications will be screened and eligible candidates will be included in a community-wide vote. All candidates selected will be reviewed and approved in accordance with Passage Home bylaws before being seated on the Board of Directors.

The nomination deadline is Tuesday, July 1 at midnight.
