Thank you for your interest in the U.S. FDA Public Meeting on the Development of an Enhanced Systematic Process for FDA’s Post-Market Assessment of Chemicals in Food

The FDA will host this public meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 12:30 – 4:30 PM ET to convene industry and consumer experts, government officials, academia, stakeholders and other interested parties to learn about the development of FDA’s enhanced systematic process for the FDA’s post-market assessment of chemicals in food.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for the FDA to share the agency’s current thinking on the enhanced systematic process for post-market assessment of chemicals in food and hear stakeholder perspectives. This information will help inform further development of the process.

The meeting will take place in person at the FDA Campus in Silver Spring, MD as well as virtually. Please indicate your preference for attendance when registering. There is limited availability for in-person.

A Regulations.gov docket (docket number FDA-2024-N-3609) is open for comments related to the event topic. Comments must be submitted on or before December 6, 2024.
