The 50th Conference theme celebrates the dimensions of CEANY: Past, Present and Future: A Celebration of Recovery and Revitalization. While this year’s conference builds upon the same standard of excellence of all preceding conferences, it also celebrates all that has been accomplished by the profession and its association over the past 50 years. This conference boldly tackles the challenges facing continuing education in this time of complexity and change, demand for greater access and affordability, and an unprecedented impact of technology on learning and the work we do! Embracing the Past: Topics can include best practices, successful program practices, grant projects outcomes, etc. Adapting to our Present: What has your institution done successfully during the pandemic and currently to meet the needs of the people we serve, new program ideas, online integration, marketing and outreach, how do you serve veterans, etc.
Focusing on the Future: Workforce of the future- what sectors/industry, upskilling, transferable skills, digital badging, career pathways, etc.
