The Council of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario is the governing body of the College. It establishes the statutory requirements that guide the regulation of the profession in the public interest.

District 3 comprises the counties of Brant, Bruce, Dufferin, Grey, and Wellington, and the regional municipalities of Haldimand-Norfolk, Halton, Hamilton-Wentworth, Niagara, and Waterloo.All eligible candidates must complete the following sections to submit their nomination for this year’s election successfully:

- Section 2: Nominator Information
- Section 3: Knowledge, Skills and Experience Matrix
- Section 4: Governance Orientation Module and Questionnaire
- Section 5: Acknowledgement and Confirmation
