2021-2025 Kitsap County/City of Bremerton Consolidated Plan Survey-For Agencies

Kitsap County and the City of Bremerton is soliciting input for the 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan and we need your help! Kitsap County and the City of Bremerton receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funding each year from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds are used to provide housing, economic opportunity, public facilities and infrastructure principally for low and moderate-income households and neighborhoods.

The Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document that describes housing and community development needs and offers strategies to address those identified needs. We want to hear from you about what types of activities you feel are important and your perception of critical needs in the community. In addition, we would like to gain an understanding of agencies in Kitsap County and the supportive role they play in the community.
