Hi, you’re on mute!

Stuck at home?  Zoom fatigued? Worried your meetings are not going as well as they would in the office?  Frustrated that your message might not be as well received on a video meeting?  We’ve all been there.  You’ve heard the old study on communication.  The belief is that 55% of communication is body language, 38% is the tone of voice, and 7% is the actual words spoken. You might think this is only for face to face interactions.  What if we told you that this was more important than ever on a video call.

This hour long webinar will break down just how important your physiology and body language can be on a call.  How your tone can help you or hurt you with your audience and why the words still matter, just not as much as you think.
You’ll learn some best practices on how to be most effective when you do book a meeting and have to do it through a zoom call. How to set up front contracts with the attendees on expectations and etiquette.
We’ll even touch on Primary Sensory Dominance. We all experience the world around us through our senses, primarily through sight, sound, and touch. While each of us uses all three of these senses, we each have a natural preference for one of them. We’ll teach you some techniques on how to figure out if the person you are talking to is primarily auditory, kinesthetic, or visual and help you craft the best message to communicate with them.
