Dental Treatment Case Complexity Assessment

Congratulations! You have taken an important first step in learning more about how to support people who have special healthcare needs in your practice.

By downloading the Dental Treatment Case Complexity Assessment and using it in your practice, you are eligible to earn up to five (5) continuing education points in Category 2.



To obtain your certificate, you must answer the five questions below and click SUBMIT.

We will review your submission and email you your certificate within five business days.

Once you have your certificate, you may enter your CE points into your e-Portfolio under Category 2, Self-Study Activity / e-Learning Program. Don’t forget to upload or save your certificate.

Do you need more help to implement this assessment tool in your practice?

Knowledge Sharing to Increase Access to Care allows you to earn CE points for sharing knowledge in practical ways, resulting in an increase in accessible care at a local level.

Approaches include mentoring (facilitating broad understanding), coaching (guiding in the use of specific techniques) and teaching (explaining and demonstrating new skills).
