2019/2020 - Coach applications  *** HOUSE ONLY (C) ***

On behalf of AMHA I would like to thank each of you for considering and/or applying to coach one of our C or Initiation teams for next season. The time and commitment you have already given to the game is greatly appreciated. This application form is for C Level coaching positions only for H1 - H4, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget levels. If you are interested in applying for one our REP teams please visit our website for the REP application form.

Prior to applying for one of the teams please read the Coach Certification Requirements outlined below for the level and position you are interested in. If you don't not yet have the certification level necessary at this time that is ok, but be aware that you will need to attend the appropriate clinic in the fall to be considered for one of the positions.
