ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
-Graduate of a Community College Human Resources Program or equivalent experience in a Human Resources environment
-University graduate preferred
-C.H.R.P. designation preferred
-Certified Recruiter designation an asset
-3+ years experience in the recruitment field
-Experience utilizing a variety of contemporary talent sourcing methods
-Experience in Social Recruitment, experience successfully leveraging technology and social media platforms to engage candidates.
-Experience in a unionized environment, preferably in the health care environment
-Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to identify
solutions and manage competing stakeholder needs.
-Working knowledge of an electronic Recruitment Management System
-Satisfactory attendance.
