The current flex period is up for negotiation with management. This survey aims to find out how you feel about the current flex agreement, and what you would like to see changed.
It is also investigating the rate at which flex is forfeited, based on a campaign that is being run by the PSA. Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
