Perceptions of who should be primarily responsible for school success.

Many different factors play a role in school success. Each statement below represents something that may
contribute to children's success in school. Please indicate who you think is primarily responsible for each factor
by checking the appropriate box. If you do not think an item is important for school success, please check "N/A".
1. Make sure that the children understand what is being taught at school
2.Ensure children have good relationships with their peers
