ATEC is requesting expressions of interest from ATEC/TECNZ members to participate at the World Travel Market 3-day global trade show in London, UK from 3-5 November 2026, which in 2025 attracted 46,000 participants including 5,500 global buyers. (note: Tourism Australia will be holding UK Marketplace in London 16-18 November).

ATEC would organize an Australia/New Zealand stand in the Asia section of WTM, which in 2025 delivered:
  • In excess of 500 meetings for stand participants
  • 65% of meetings focused on new leads
  • Over 40% of meetings were pre-booked (WTM Portal)
  • Where rated, over 90% of meetings were rated Good to Excellent
ATEC’s Australia and New Zealand stand will have two main options in which to exhibit/participate: Business Area or Booth.

Below are the proposed maximum costings to participate which are subject to change, dependent on stand participation costs by ATEC’s suppliers. All costs will be confirmed at time of registration at which time full payment is required (circa 10 April 2026):
  • Business Area (includes table and chair in an open area within the stand for 1 or 2 delegates) - $6,950 (1 delegate) - $1,950 (extra delegate fee)
  • Booth (includes perimeter stand location, counter, chairs and individual branding - logo/image. Includes 2 delegates) - $13,500 (2 delegates)
  • Reserved Booth (includes perimeter stand location, counter, chairs and individual branding – logo/image. Includes 2 delegates – reserved position behind Premium Booth) - $14,250 (2 delegates)
  • Premium Booth (front of stand location on main “WTM highway”, includes counter, chairs and individual branding – logo/image. Includes 2 delegates) - $15,500 (2 delegates)
