Rooted in WI: Seasonal Produce Cooking Series

4-Week Virtual Cooking Series | June 1 – June 22, 2026
Meets weekly on Mondays | 12:00–1:00 p.m. CT

As you make healthier eating choices during the Rooted in Wisconsin Challenge, discover recipes to support you along the way. This 4-week series celebrates seasonal produce and simple, plant-forward meals through cooking demonstrations and practical nutrition tips.

Participants will explore ways to:
  • Cook with seasonal Wisconsin produce.
  • Build balanced plant-forward meals.
  • Create easy, flavorful recipes with minimal ingredients.
  • Improve confidence in the kitchen through simple cooking techniques.
Series Format
  • 4 live, weekly sessions.
  • Each session is 1 hour.
  • Recordings will be available for those unable to attend live.
