Dear parents and caregivers,

The iDream clinical research collaboration (CRC), supported by the European Respiratory Society and the European Lung Foundation (ELF), is working to improve how sleep-related breathing problems are diagnosed and managed in young children (under two years old).

In this survey we would like to learn more about the needs and experiences of parents and caregivers of a young child with a sleep-related breathing problem. Your answers will help us understand how care and support can be improved in the future.

All responses are anonymous. The information you share will be used for scientific purposes and will be published in an international medical journal. The survey should take about 12 minutes to complete.

For this survey, ‘sleep disordered breathing’ is one of the following conditions diagnosed by polysomnography or polygraphy: obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, central sleep apnea syndrome, or nocturnal hypoventilation.

Before starting the survey, please confirm that you agree to the collection and handling of your data for research purposes
