A survey to help me gain insight to help those with energy limiting conditions through gentle flowing movement, relaxation & sensory immersion; from those with lived experience. Apologies for lack of space! Plse message for longer version : )

.What is your condition/s
.How does your condition/disease mostly affect you…(ie nervous system/immune system/ rheumatic/pain/muscoskeletal/mutli-system/insomnia/fatigue)
.Is PEM part of your condition?
In ME/CFS, Post-exertional malaise (PEM) refers to a worsening of the illness after physical or cognitive exertion which was previously tolerated. This can include a worsening of ME/CFS symptoms, the appearance of new symptoms, and a worsening of “baseline” (capacity for exertion). These characteristics are often delayed 24-72 hours or more after the triggering event.PEM is considered to be the hallmark symptom of ME/CFS, and interferes with the ability to lead a "normal" life. (Those with Long Covid may also experience PEM)
.Is lack of social life/loneliness and isolation a big part of your existence?
.When was the last time you were able to attend a structured class involving activity?
.If you are unable to attend a class, what are the barriers you face? (could be travel/noise/environment/cost)
.Do you believe joining a session would be beneficial to you if it was tailored to your needs appropriately by someone with lived experience of your condition?
.What does manageable movement look like to you?
.If you live with a fluctuating condition, do you think it is realistic for you to be able to attend a session (if it was 90 minutes long but only included approx 20 minutes of gentle movement), that was floor based with mostly lying down with some sitting up /hands and knees only, (no standing), and the remainder was spent doing a relaxation body scan (approx 40 mins) with sensory elements and recovery time to aid overall well-being)?
.if so, how often do you think you could attend?
