Thank you for taking the time to answer this survey. The Kinesiology and Nutrition Department offers some classes that can be applicable to nurses of all backgrounds. Please answer the following questions honestly by September 30. We value your input.

* 1. KN442 Principles of ECG Interpretation class includes in class learning and practical application of ECGs for healthcare professionals. Are you aware that this class is offered to nursing students as an elective?

* 2. Currently, this class is offered on-campus, three days/week, and during the day. Would you be more likely to enroll in such a class or an online class that included select face-to-face meeting times through the semester?
