Employees: Assessment of the effects of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic on catering workers in Cyprus

Dear Madame/ Sir,

With the present small-scale research we wish to investigate the effects of the new coronavirus pandemic on the catering sector of Cyprus. The study is implemented by the Open University of Cyprus, in collaboration with the Department of Psychology of the University of Sheffield and the Pancyprian Association of Catering Industry. We therefore ask you to answer all the questions in this short questionnaire. Completing the questionnaire will take about 10 minutes.

All information is collected anonymously and will remain confidential. Only the researchers will have access to the information. The data collected will be used only for research purposes. Therefore we would ask you to answer all questions honestly. Completing the questionnaire is considered as consent for your participation in the survey.
