Columbine Valley 2026 Housing Needs Assessment The Town of Columbine Valley is preparing a Housing Needs Assessment as required by the State of Colorado. The assessment will help the Town better understand its existing housing, the changing housing needs of residents, and potential future housing needs. A Housing Needs Assessment is an assessment of housing need; it is not a housing development plan. The Town has not predetermined that a particular type or amount of new housing should be developed. Your responses will help supplement demographic, housing, market, and land-use information being collected by the Town. Please submit one response per household. Responses will be reported in summary form. The survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. The survey closes Friday, Sept. 25, 2026. ABOUT YOUR HOUSEHOLD Question Title * 1.
