AboutFace Community Survey 2017

Thank you for agreeing to take part in this important survey. The AboutFace Transition Team and Board of Directors is asking for your assistance in deciding what skills they should seek in the next Executive Director. Your responses to this survey will be used in drafting the profile we will look for in candidates for the job.

AboutFace Mission: To promote and enhance positive mental and emotional well-being among people with facial differences and their families through social and peer support, information, experiential and educational programs, and public awareness.
