* 1. How did Covid-19 affect your participation to events this Summer?

I did not care about Covid-19. I joined as many events as possible as I did before the pandemic

I joined as many events as possible but I tried to be careful to reduce the possibility to infect or get infected

I did go out but not as much as before. When I did, I tried to be careful

I did not join any public event. I just met some friends in outdoor situation

I did not join any activity since I am very scared of get infected

* 2. Winter is approaching and outdoor events will drastically reduce. How is going to be your social life in the coming cold months?

I don't care about Covid. I will keep going out as much as possible

I know that indoor events are more "dangerous". I will join as many events as possible but I will be careful to reduce the possibility to infect or get infected

I am a bit concerned about indoor events. I will try to join one or a couple of events trying to be careful. I will see if people behave properly and after that I will decide if I will keep joining.

I attended events in the Summer because they were outdoor. Now that they will be indoor I will not join any public event anymore.

I did not join any event in the summer and I am not planning to do it in the winter.

* 3. During the events, guests must stay seated. What do you think about it?

I like this new setup. Having to seat was not a problem at all and I am happy to continue to do it

I am ok to seat but guests should be allowed to swap seats now and then in order to meet more people

I don't like to have to seat but since this is the only option I accept it

If I have to seat, I rather not join the event

* 4. Would you like AIC to introduce some extra safety measures? (pick one or more)

No. I am happy with the measures required by the Government

I would like people to wear a mask when not sitting

I would like people to wear a mask at ALL time. People can take it out only while sipping their drink

People should be allowed to join the event only if they have the APP (Corona melder) installed in their phone

Mask and APP should be both mandatory conditions to attend an event

* 5. Would you join an AIC event even having any symptoms?

Sure. I will always join. I am not afraid of Covid and I don't care if I might infect somebody

I would join only with mild symptoms

Yes but only if I tested negative in the last 48 hours

Never. Even if am sure that I have a simple cold.

* 6. What's your perception about the price and quality of AIC's events?

I am very happy about the price and quality of AIC's events

I am happy to pay because I noticed that (compared to before-Covid) the quality of the events overall improved

I am ok with paying an entrance fee as long as there is a welcome drink included in the price

I don't want to pay. Events should be free but I understand that because of Covid restriction now events need to be smaller and therefore I will keep attending

I will not join any event until there is an entrance fee
