Welcome to the in+care Campaign! This national Campaign is a quality improvement initiative focusing on retaining patients in HIV care and preventing them from falling out of care. Grantees and sub-grantees across the country and across all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts are invited to participate.
Please understand that by signing up your agency is making a commitment to participate in the Campaign with the following expectations:
• reporting up to 4 uniform campaign-related measures via an online database every other month
• implementation of improvement activities to retain patients in HIV care and prevent them from falling out of care
• participation in quarterly conference calls/webinars to provide content expertise and promote peer sharing and learning
• request technical assistance from NQC quality coaches, where needed, for the design, implementation and evaluation of retention improvement strategies
• where possible, join regional/local face-to-face meetings of peer campaign participants
