MaineCare Rate Determination Process Survey

The Rate System Subcommittee of the MaineCare Advisory Committee (MAC) invites you to share your thoughts and experiences to help shape the future of MaineCare payment models.

Your feedback is essential as we work to develop recommendations to the Department for a sustainable, efficient, and value-oriented rate-setting system as outlined in MRS Title 22, §3173-J. This system, proposed by the Department and enacted by the Maine Legislature, is key to ensuring fair and effective payment models for MaineCare services.

Why Your Input Matters
•Your responses will guide improvements to MaineCare’s rate setting system, impacting providers and recipients alike.
•All individual responses will remain confidential. Compiled, anonymous feedback will be shared with the Office of MaineCare Services, the MAC, and made publicly available.
