Your Stories of Fear and Love at Work

Thank you for sharing your stories of love and fear at work with us. We truly value your contribution to this growing body of insights that are showing us what is helpful and what is harmful at work. 

Instructions to guide your story-sharing:
You will first be guided through a series of questions to explore a time when you felt afraid at work. That will be followed by a similar set of questions to describe a time when you felt loved at work.

Following the simple prompts, please accurately describe your own experience. Do not share someone else's story. Using your own words, this is an opportunity to be candid and authentic about the impacts you experienced. 

Please do not identify any organization by name. Instead identify the organization by type, for example, a financial institution, a grocery chain, a government agency, etc.

Similarly, please don’t identify anyone in your story by name. You may either use just titles or pseudonyms.
