Thank you so much for your interest in Tiny Living, we are so excited to partner with a few Texas communities we have vetted for you.  Our job is to design and build unique tiny homes for you to move into inside a community.
Because creating a safe environment is important to the members of our community, we start this informal non-obligatory application process.
If you qualify, we will send you more information regarding a security deposit to reserve your spot in Tiny Living.
This security deposit is 100% refundable and held in Escrow so you may receive a refund at any time should you change your mind about being part of our community.

HONOR CODE

It may be out of the ordinary for a housing community to have an honor code, but we aren’t building an ordinary community. We are building a community filled with like-minded people striving to embrace a life of freedom, simplicity, and adventure. This is for people who choose to love and not fear; to trust and not control; to lay aside ego in favor of humility. We have to come together to be the change we want to see in this world, and that starts with an honor code.
This will help foster the ideals and principles that drew us to Tiny Living in the first place. The magic of community is not that everyone is the same.  As Steven Covey says, “Strength lies in differences, not in similarities.”

Our Honor Code: I promise to do what I can to make this a safe and fun environment. I will honor the other members of the community, respecting their beliefs, values, and customs. I am committed to the authenticity of this community and want to protect the model being created here. I will work to bring unity to this community and uphold its integrity and values in every situation.
