About Kate Sheridan:

Kate Sheridan is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Certified Athletic Therapist, and DCU Assistant Professor with over 15 years of clinical experience in pain rehabilitation and exercise prescription. Holding an MSc in Clinical Pain Management, the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy (EDPP), and a Professional Doctorate, Kate’s research and practice focus on community-based rehabilitation, lived experience, and empowering individuals with chronic pain to move with confidence.
