Trust Evaluation Committee Criteria
1.Committees are generally between 5-10 members. Too many members risks delays in decision making. Too few members risks insufficient diversity of representation. What do you think would be a fair representation would look like for a Trust Evaluation Committee? (ie. how many council members, how many community members, how many administration members?)
2.What type of qualifications do you think Trust Evaluation Committee members should have? (ie certain knowledge, skills, experience?)
