The Rustic Fair is a vendor fair for Makers specializing in the construction of handcrafted rustic furniture, furnishings, architectural elements, and artwork.
Important: Please read ALL directions and instructions carefully before completing your application.
Eligibility: All work must be the Maker's own original design and handcrafted by the Maker.
1. Material Requirements: Furniture and furnishings must be handmade from natural materials such as parts of trees (bark, twigs, seeds, cones, branches, burls, leaves, stumps, logs), stone, metal, animal products (bone, skin, fur, hair, antler, horn), and flora. Lumber, antique/historic objects, glass, mirror glass, hardware, and felt may be incorporated, provided they are integral to the piece.
2. Categories of Work: -Artwork: Includes paintings, drawings, mixed media pieces, and sculptures.
Furniture: Includes • Seating: chairs, armchairs, side chairs, lounge chairs, rocking chairs, benches, stools, bar stools, ottomans, footstools, swings, and porch swings.
• Tables: dining tables, farm tables, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, console tables, writing desks, work tables, hall tables, occasional tables, and pedestal tables.
• Storage and Case Goods: cabinets, cupboards, hutches, sideboards, buffets, dressers, chests (including blanket chests and hope chests), wardrobes, armoires, bookcases, shelving units, and credenzas.
• Bedroom Furniture: beds and bed frames, headboards, footboards, nightstands, dressers, chests of drawers, and valet stands.
• Outdoor and Garden Furniture: garden benches, picnic tables, porch furniture, outdoor dining tables, and outdoor seating.
-Furnishings: Includes mirrors, picture frames, lighting fixtures, boxes, baskets, candle holders, hall trees, coat racks, coat trees, umbrella stands, wine racks, music stands, display stands designed as functional furniture, and decoys.
-Architectural Elements: Includes mantels, doors, window frames, and railings.
Prohibited Items: Individual antiques, factory or mass-produced pieces, and standalone taxidermy not integral to the structure of a piece are not permitted. Non-compliant items must be removed.

Booth Fees and Space Information:
$250 for a 10x10 booth space. The Vendor will provide their own tent.
$300 for a 10x10 booth space. ADKX will provide the booth space. $600 for a 10x20 booth space. ADKX will provide the booth space. $850 for 20x20 booth space. ADKX will provide the booth space.
Photo Submission Instructions:
Please upload 5-7 images of your work. These images should highlight the artisanship and style of your pieces. Ensure that the images showcase at least five individual pieces to give us a comprehensive understanding of your artistry.
Selection Process:
Applications will be open until 11:59 PM on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Applicants will be made aware of their submission status no later than May 8, 2026.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
