In September 2020, Community Waitakere surveyed the West Auckland community and social service sector to learn more about how local organisations had responded to and been impacted by COVID-19. We received responses from 41 different organisations representing over 20 different areas of work - click here to download the infographic for the 2020 survey.

It has now been over 12 months since New Zealand was first placed into lockdown and we are conducting another survey to find out how the local community and social service sector are faring at this point in time. Our aim is to collect up-to-date local data that can be fed back to the West Auckland community and used to inform local and central government about the current situation here in Waitākere.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and may be repeated in future to track changes in the sector's response to COVID-19.

Note: this survey is specifically for community and social service providers working in the West Auckland area.

Note: survey respondents and the answers provided will be kept anonymous and remain confidential.
