1.Have you completed a masters' degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, social work, and pastoral counseling)?(Required.)
2.Are you currently engaged in weekly post-graduate, licensure supervision with a state board-approved supervisor in the United States?(Required.)
3.Do you currently work in a community mental health organization or agency setting in the United States?(Required.)
