Magistrates should no longer have to take custody of, and deposit, cash bonds.

Certification school students should be able to anonymously rate and comment on their instructors' performance and professionalism.

OES should provide an evening conference option so conferences do not interfere with the health and wellness of night-shift magistrates.

VMA Members should be allowed an hour to talk to - and listen to - new magistrates at certification school.

OES should rescind the two-year Certification School Repayment Contract for new magistrates.

OES should cover the cost of CLE courses up front. Magistrates should not have to pay for those courses and wait until funds are available for reimbursement.
