The AI Beacon Network is a network of marketing and communications professionals dedicated to advancing the integration and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education.

We aim to reshape how institutions tell their stories and engage with diverse audiences through collaboration, sharing best practices, and driving innovation.

The AI Beacon Network serves as a hub for sharing what we are actively doing in the field, building a community that thrives on navigating ambiguity and exploring the evolving role of AI in marketing and communications.

Our mission is to empower university and college teams to enhance strategic communications, streamline operations, and promote equity and access in storytelling, outreach, and engagement across academic communities. As we build this collaborative space together, it's important to understand what you hope to gain from this network.

We meet virtually at 9:00am MST/11:00amEST the third Thursday of every month. If you'd like to join us, please complete the information below. We will review your request and notify you accordingly. We will not meet in July or August.
