Thank you for your interest in the AI Beacon Network!

The AI Beacon Network is a network of marketing and communications professionals dedicated to advancing the integration and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education.

We aim to reshape how institutions tell their stories and engage with diverse audiences through collaboration, sharing best practices, and driving innovation.

The AI Beacon Network serves as a hub for sharing what we are actively doing in the field, building a community that thrives on navigating ambiguity and exploring the evolving role of AI in marketing and communications.

We meet virtually at 9:00am MST/12:00amEDT the third Thursday of every month. We shift to 9:00 a.m. MST / 11:00 a.m. EDT during non-daylight saving time months. We also pause from June through August to accommodate summer schedules.

PLEASE NOTE: While we appreciate the interest from consultants, vendors, faculty and staff, membership in the AI Beacon Network is currently limited to marketing and communications professionals actively representing higher education institutions. We hope to accommodate a broader community in the future as the network continues to grow.
