Pierce County Master Gardener Plant Sale Customer Survey

Thank you for attending the WSU Ext Pierce County Master Gardener Plant Sale.

In order to continuously improving the event, we would love to know about your experience this year.

By filling out and submitting this survey, you are automatically entered into a random drawing for a $50 Visa gift card.

To qualify for the raffle your survey must be completed and submitted by midnight June 1, 2026.
The winner of the gift card will receive an email notification and must respond to the email within 24 hours. If a response is not received within 24 hours, another winner will be chosen. Participants must be 18 years old or older.
