About this Survey
Thank you for considering participating in this survey from Eczema Society of Canada (ESC).
Every response helps us better understand our community and advocate for the changes that are desperately needed. Your experience could be the key to helping decision-makers understand why patients need better access to treatment in Canada.
This survey is designed for caregivers (18 years and older) of children who have been diagnosed with hand eczema by a healthcare provider, and adults (18 years and older) who have been diagnosed with hand eczema by a healthcare provider. Respondents must live in Canada. There is no cost to participate, and you will receive no payment.
The survey is being administered by SurveyMonkey.com, where data will be stored in a password-protected electronic format. This survey will not collect any information that can identify you. The survey is conducted anonymously, and your participation is voluntary.
Your responses, including free-text responses (open-form responses), will be used by ESC for reporting, presentations, communications, publication in a peer-reviewed journal, planning, and advocacy purposes. Responses, including direct quotations, may be used in ESC communications.
This survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. There are no anticipated benefits or risks to completing this survey.
The collection and processing of personal data, such as age and province or territory of residence, will be limited to the data necessary to investigate the objectives of this research. Data collected may also include treatment/management experiences.
You may refuse to take part or exit the survey at any time; however, any questions answered will be captured in the final survey report. You are also free to decline to answer any question for any reason by skipping that question.
