Team Myles 2023 5KM/10KM Ambassador Application

The Team Myles 5KM/10KM training program is a 10-week training plan designed to help you complete the Lifemark 5KM or the GoodLife FITNESS 10KM at the Emera Blue Nose Marathon, May 19-21, 2023. You are not required to have any previous running experience as you will be given all the tools you will need to be successful!

As a member of Team Myles you are entitled to the following:

·        Coaching and training by our Team Myles coaches.

·        A three-month GoodLife FITNESS Membership.

·        Aerobics First running package: free socks, 25% off one pair of shoes and a free footwear fitting.

·        A Team Myles shirt.

·        A Lifemark physiotherapy assessment.

·        A complimentary entry to either the Lifemark 5KM or the
         Goodlife FITNESS 10KM

·        Friends, fun, encouragement, and fitness!

Training starts the week of March 5, 2023, and the training schedule is as follows:

· Tuesdays 6:00PM at Citadel Hill and,
· Saturdays 9:00AM at Point Pleasant Park
