2017 Scholarship Application

Scholarships to our 2017 Leadership Retreats are offered to lodges that face financial difficulties and that would benefit from attending. Lodges receiving scholarships must have a plan to move beyond their financial difficulties. Scholarships are provided by the California Masonic Foundation.

Please complete the information requested below.  All questions must be answered completely in order to be considered for a scholarship.  Financial constraints will only allow the scholarship to cover the registration fee for one officer per retreat.

You will be asked to certify your master has approved this scholarship application at the end of the survey.  
Please note: You may be asked to provide a copy of the current years’ (2017) budget, and that if your lodge has not filed the 2016 Financial Statements, the application for scholarship will be denied.
